Just walking outside into 18 degree temperatures wasnt horrible if youre all covered up. Once the wind blows thats when things really kim down, and you feel temperatures like this, 5 below. The current wind chill in martinsburg 5 below, 4 below in d. C. , 6 below in annapolis. We expect to be between 5 and 15 below 0, maybe as low as 20 below in some sportts. Thats why we have the wind chill advisory between 6 00 and noon saturday. Saturday another very frigid day. Slight relief on sunday, and then were tracking a storm system that could even bring so, i am saying there is some relief, but its not coming very quickly. But youre saying theres a chance. The sidewalks and the roads ahead of the morning rush. We saw a lot of folks shuffling carefully down the sidewalks in arlington tonight. And before you go to bed, we want to warn you the ice is delaying some School Districts tomorrow morning. Here are some of the larger districts going in late. Who has been patrolling here. He says perhaps because of the ice, perhaps because parents are uneasy, not many children walking this path today. But this was a jogger who apparently was going past this home next to me and was going all the wait down at a mild pace, and then is seen again on camera sprinting back. I want to show you some of that video because this is the biggest clue for deputies. Investigators have this and they want this put out there to be seen by as many people as possible throughout this community and across the Loudoun County area because you can see in that image its a rather clear image, the man in jogger gear going past and then according to deputies, assaulting that girl, groping her inappropriately touching her, and then sprinting back.
