Live on chapel hill road with the latest. Heather i just got off the phone with the utilities director and he says service has been restored for most customers. They have been working for hours. This part of chapel hill road is still closed drivers. We were going to get out to see of we could find some food. Heather customers were not turned away after a water main break force business does businesses to shut down. We flew over the scene as crews rushed to repair it. The outage affecting or than 4500 utility customers in mooresville near chapel hill road.
