The fencing is put up for a number of reasons. Its put up obviously to keep [speaker not understood] out of the premises. Its also put up to protect city residents, visitors and the park land during the construction. This is a very large event with very large heavy machinery operating throughout various times of the event. And fencing is frankly required, as it would be at any construction site, during the build and the tear down. In recent years weve actually encouraged another planet to be more deliberate during the construction of the events, whereas three years ago we began the construction on the friday before the event.
