Gangs are blamed for some of the violence where targets include adults, innocent bystanders and even toddlers. But as Dean Reynolds reports, chicago is even safer than it was a year ago. Was a Domestic Violence situation and they were called here by neighbor of the couple. The neighbor told police he heard the couple were arguing in their apartment. He knocked on their door, and the man said he had a gun, and that prompted this response by police. Now after three and a half hours of negotiations, the couple did come out unharmed.
