Da weintraub made a deal saying if dinardo cooperated and helped to locate the bodies, and admitted to other crimes he would avoid the Death Penalty. If we uncover additional evidence or wishes to go to trial that is his prerogative and we are prepared and at this time will seek the Death Penalty.
