A buddy of mine i dont know if youre familiar with the southern tip of cape may. Theres a half sunken ship made of cement of all things. The ice is so thick they were able to walk out to that ship yesterday. Its unbelievable to get that kind of ice on the delaware bay. Thats what theyre seeing right now because of this right here. Wind chills later this afternoon may actually get above zero for a change. We didnt manage that at all yesterday but if were lucky by late morning, lets say 1 below in allentown, 3 above in philadelphia and during the course of the day the wind should start to relax a little bit. South of that mark is mainly sleet with snow mixed in possibly freezing rain. There could be a coating, perhaps a little bit more thats going to create slippery roads. The ground continues to be frozen. So if you get freezing rain everything is going to stick and glaze over so be very careful tomorrow afternoon.
