Attorney herera claims accjcs move amounts to pay back for a political disagreement over mission of the state Community Colleges. At at the very same time there was a political debate going on at accjc was on one side of in sacramento. They used the process to produce a hammer on city college. His other target oversees all 112 Community Colleges in california saying its abandoned responsibilities, handing them over to what he calls a wholey unaccountable and private entity. The 13yearold arrested for Cyber Bullying. Its a cautionary tale for kids and parents across the bay area. George kiriyama joins us live from morgan hill with details. Reporter Britton Middle School wanted to put a stop to this before it went too far. The 13yearold bully was given a juvenile contact citation. Thats essentially the same as an arrest for a juvenile. Principal glen webb says bullies do not belong in morgan hill. If it has an effect that reaches the school climate, were going to do what we can do work with Law Enforcement to make sure thats corrected.
