Within the past 90 minutes, Governor Newsom declared a state of emergency for napa and sonoma counties with flames threatening homes and forcing tens of thousands of residents to evacuate. The big area of concern right now is in napa county. The entire city of calistoga is under a mandatory evacuation order. Take a look at why.
