Well, i think cruz is pulling out all the stops. Obviously we saw him pull out Carly Fiorina, the Vice President ial pick, really needed this endorsement because sandy such a make or break state for him. At the same time pence is in a election fight of his own, so hes cautious about weighing in. But also getting a lot of heat from conservative activists who wanted to weigh him in this race really against trump and in support of cruz. Pence is considered one of the most conservative governors in the country. A conservative congressman. His backing could certainly help cruz.
