The new Connecticut travel guidelines issued by Governor Ned Lamont enforce that anyone who leaves the state of Connecticut for more than 24 hours has to either fulfill the proper self-quarantine requirements or get a negative test 72 hours prior to returning to Connecticut. A negative test after returning to Connecticut is a viable option as well.

The travel advisory is to be widely advertised, so people know the requirements and are aware of the necessary precautions to take.
