giggle. carley joins us for some news. i certainly do. we start with america s crime crisis. nine people shot including one teenager in an apparent drive-by shooting outside a bodega in new newark, new jersey, last night. and it was a white honda pilot that was stolen, and all nine victims are taking to the hospital and are reportedly in stable condition from the gunshot wounds. an investigation is currently underway. the fugitive yoga teacher wanted for killing the woman her boyfriend was allegedly dating is now in custody after a 6-week manhunt. caitlin armstrong was arrested by u.s. marshals in costa rica and is now set to be deported back to the united states where she will face murder charges. police say she used a fake passport to flee the country and remained on the run for 43 days. police say they found pro cyclist moria wilson dead after sustaining multiple gunshot
conjunction with authorities in costa rica were able to track her down at a hostel and take her into custody after being on the run for 43 days. armstrong is accused of gunning down 25-year-old professional cyclist anna maria wilson who was found dead inside a home in austin, texas, where she was preparing for a cycling event. wilson had previously dated armstrong s boyfriend, who dropped wilson off that evening. he is not considered a suspect. security footage shows armstrong s suv outside the house where wilson was staying the day of the murder. after being questioned and released, investigators tracked armstrong down to newark airport peered she boarded a flight with a fraudulent passport, with that fraudulent passport, physical descriptions closely matched peered she will be deported and returned to the u.s. to face charges. if victory for the family of gabby petito as a judge in
