The Tehama County District Attorney released the identity of the victim dragged behind a motorcycle in Red Bluff Monday morning.

RED BLUFF, Calif. – The Tehama County District Attorney identified the man dragged and killed Monday morning, as Johnny Gregory of Red Bluff.
Authorities say the incident took place on Monday, Feb. 8, on Franzel Road in Red Bluff. When police arrived on the scene they found the suspect, 37-year-old Ray Cain Jr., of Cottonwood, on a motorcycle dragging a person behind him.
