More than 2,000 friends and family members packed in a Florida church to celebrate and remember Miya Marcano, 19, who was murdered by a coworker and found dead on October 2.
Attorney Daryl Washington said Marcano, 19, was bound with tape around her feet and wrists and that her mouth was covered. She disappeared last month and her body was found on Saturday.
Authorities say a maintenance worker at her apartment complex expressed a romantic interest in the young woman but was repeatedly turned down. He had a universal key that could let him into any unit.
