Victoria loosens border restrictions with Brisbane
Brisbane travellers who were forced into quarantine will be freed tonight as Victoria loosens border restrictions after the Queensland lockdown was lifted.
Greater Brisbane will go from a red zone to an orange zone under Victoria s travel permit system at 6pm tonight.
The move comes after Queensland recorded only one COVID-19 case overnight, allowing Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk to lift a three-day snap lockdown imposed in the capital city.

Greater Brisbane now joins Byron Bay Shire and Gladstone Region in the orange zone designation.
Anyone travelling into Victoria from a designated orange zone must apply for a permit to enter the state and agree to get a COVID-19 test within 72 hours of arrival.
Byron Bay has transformed from a laid-back coastal town to a Hollywood mecca as successful businessmen and celebrities flood the region.
While the northern NSW town is now an internationally acclaimed destination, locals are being priced out as the popularity drives real estate prices up.
Little shacks from the 1960s have been bulldozed in to build mansions that span three blocks, and rental availability has plunged to an all-time low.
Locals say there is no way for them to compete with city-sized budgets from people moving from Sydney or Melbourne, and celebrities appear to be snapping up land in every direction.
