More than a third of lung cancers that progressed on osimertinib (Tagrisso) responded to combined targeting of EGFR, a subgroup analysis of an early clinical trial showed. Results in 45 patients showed one complete response and 12 partial responses to the bispecific antibody amivantamab (Rybrevant) targeting EGFR and MET and the third-generation EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) lazertinib.
