Woman shot and killed in Frogner

UPDATED: A woman was shot and killed on a street in Oslo’s fashionable neighbourhood of Frogner Wednesday morning. Police had a male suspect in custody within a half-hour, after he’d been pulled over while driving out of town on the E18 highway.
