I joined some of the men there as they learned to code through an Innovative Program called the last mile. The last mile has helped excons get good jobs after theyre released. Weve even had one of the earliest graduates on this show. Not very Many Companies want to hire people who have been convicted of a crime, but starting in january they may have less of a choice.
