In a recent statement by the Presidential Inaugural Committee, Reverend Dr. Silvester Beeman is the Pastor of Bethel Methodist Episcopal Church in Wilmington Delaware. He has known the Biden family for a very long time, nearly 30-years and he is very close to the President-Elect. Reverend Dr. Silvester Beeman was also extremely supportive of Joe Biden s son, Beau, who was a decorated Delaware National Guard and Delaware s former Attorney General.
