The Galesburg Public Library is celebrating Library Card Sign-up Month by inviting the community to celebrate by picking one up and using it. The library cards can be used to check out books, movies, music, hot spots, laptops, board games, projectors, and more. Cardholders also have access to the library's digital resources including eBooks, resume builders, and language learning databases All Galesburg residents are eligible for library cards as well as students of District 205, Carl Sandburg College, and Knox College. To register for a card, visit the library at their location on Simmons Street and sign up for a card. They'll be at several locations in the community this month to help sign up the public for a library card as well.
