Thanks to the Habit Burger Grill s latest addition to its menu, The Brunch Charburger, customers can brunch any day of the week, according to a company release. The burger, available for a limited time, features a sunny-side egg on top of a chargrilled patty, hickory-smoked bacon, melted cheese and comes on a toasted brioche bun with a layer of potato tots and the Habit s house-made secret sauce. In addition to burgers, the restaurant serves handcrafted sandwiches, Sushi-grade ahi tuna and made-to-order salads and a wide selection of sides.

Chipotle ups steak, barbacoa prices in margin quest

The firm estimates beef is included in 25% to 30% of the chain s average check, according to a Market Watch report. The price increase demonstrates the brand s commitment to achieving its long-term margin framework, a Truist analyst wrote in a note. The company s stock is up 111.2% over the past year, according to Market Watch.

T.K. Pillan, co-founder of Veggie Grill, believes his new brand, Stand-Up Burgers, opening Wednesday in Berkeley, California, has what it takes. Instead of 100% beef, Pillan is serving 100% plant-based offerings, including the Freebird Crispy Chickin Sandwich and the BBQ Bacon Burger as well as the Falafel Wrap and Save the Animal-Style Fries.
