Rail Land Development Authority invites e-bids for leasing 4,000 sqm land for commercial development in Rajasthan ANI | Updated: May 31, 2021 15:03 IST
Sawai Madhopur/New Delhi (Rajasthan) [India], May 31 (ANI): Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) has invited e-bids for leasing 4,000 square metres (sqm) vacant land parcel for commercial development at Sawai Madhopur in Rajasthan, the authority said on Monday.
According to a statement issued by RLDA, the site is situated in the Kota Division of West Central Railway near GRP Thana, Platform No-1 side of Railway station. It is connected to different parts of the city via the road network.
The land parcel spans 4,000 sqm with potential Built-Up Area (BUA) of 8,000 sqm and a Built-Up Area Ratio (BUAR) of 2.0. The plot shall be leased out for 45 years, with a reserve price of Rs 13.50 crores.
