Outside of that, we have a lot of sunshine. This morning is not quite sunny. We have fog in some areas. We have a nice day shaping up though for the second part. We should be fairly happy about this. Visibility is an issue once again. The peninsula looks pretty good. The east bay is a little bit iffy. That is crossing over toward 580. In the south bay visibility is down to a quartermile over san jose. It looks like we may have some fog over 85 and 82. In the northbay we have areas over santa rosa. Not as dense as yesterday morning. We could see that develop as we go through the day. Temperaturewise, in the 40s in northbay. San francisco is 51 and one of the warmer spots. In the afternoon we will go low 60s in the east bay. In the south bay, upper 60s. We see changes coming our way for mlk day. We could have some rain m
