Serving customers for more than 15 years, Builder’s Resource Group operates a sales office and design center in Hudson and a distribution center in Woodville, Wi. They will now operate under ACS’s Arrow Building Center brand.
ACS now has more than 70 locations in nine states.

American Construction Source, a Springfield, Missouri-based building materials distributor backed by Angeles Equity Partners LLC and Clearlake Capital Group LP, this week announced the acquisition of Builder’s Resource Group, Woodville, Wisconsin. Financial terms of the deal weren’t disclosed.
BRG will operate under the Arrow Building Center brand already established in Minnesota and Wisconsin. BRG marks the eighth acquisition by ACS under its backing from Clearlake and Angeles.
