Little safety points. The first one is the same weve talked about recently that we had more melting yesterday afternoon and overnight refreeze is possible and there could still be icy patches on side streets and some slick sidewalks around here. This afternoon however were going to go well above freezing and i want to remind you you got to be really careful around icy ponds and streams. No ice is completely safe. You should only go out on ice thats mon to. Around here that means basically no ice being monitored and ice needs to be 4inches to 7inches thick to walk on. Thickness will be very iffy because were getting above the freezing mark by quite a bit. Stay off the ice. Overnight cloud cover thinning out so i expect a lot of sunshine to start the day. Overall we probably remain fairly bright. Cold to start out. 16 degrees right now philadelphia but of course yesterday we were battling with record lows across parts of the region. It is cold this morning but feeling better than it did
