Police say the suspects fired from behind a hedge in the backyard of the plymouth street home just before 1 30 this morning. 12 victims suffered nonlife threatening injuries. The Supreme Court said Siena Johnson does not have to produce Mental Health records in order to get her case against her back to Juvenile Court. Siena johnson and Brooke Higgins were charged as as for the alleged murder of Mountain Vista high school. Their lawyers asked for this reverse transfer. That means they want the cases to be moved back to Juvenile Court from adult court. A judge has to make that decision. The judge ordered the girls to produce Mental Health records after prosecutors asked for them. The Supreme Court made a ruling in johnsons case saying a court cannot order those requires the court to consider Mental Health records the made available.
