The Supreme Court said Siena Johnson does not have to produce Mental Health records in order to get her case against her back to Juvenile Court. Siena johnson and Brooke Higgins were charged as as for the alleged murder of Mountain Vista high school. Their lawyers asked for this reverse transfer. That means they want the cases to be moved back to Juvenile Court from adult court. A judge has to make that decision. The judge ordered the girls to produce Mental Health records after prosecutors asked for them. The Supreme Court made a ruling in johnsons case saying a court cannot order those requires the court to consider Mental Health records the made available. Slamming into and going over the bumpers at the end of the track. 34yearold fabiola de kroon was standing on the platform when the train hit. Today Tulsa Police Officer betty arraignment on first degree manslaughter charges. Shelby shot and killed 40yearold Terrence Crutcher an unarmed black man two weeks ago. Dashcam and aerial footage of the shooting show crutcher walking away from shelby with his hands in the air. Shelbys lawyers say she fired when he reached into his cars window.
