These are all on top of the transit station where the sidewalks will be congested and the streets are congested and Pedestrian Safety is an issue. One thing we ask you to do is to look at how much parking youre putting in these districts and create parity. I was looking at the terminal and in row of buildings, this should be a plaza where there is a pedestrian street and instead its turned into a port.
