These are all on top of the transit station where the sidewalks will be congested and the streets are congested and Pedestrian Safety is an issue. One thing we ask you to do is to look at how much parking youre putting in these districts and create parity. I was looking at the terminal and in row of buildings, this should be a plaza where there is a pedestrian street and instead its turned into a port. We worked with the trust for public land along side the studio. Playground here. Its anticipated that the ground floor multipurpose room would be largely youth serving. So theres visibility between the multipurpose room as well as the Basketball Court out to the playground. The idea was that the outdoor Basketball Court could also serve as a platform for festivals.
