CLEVELAND, Ohio It seems people working in remote locations are not keen on paying income taxes to cities in which they have not been working during the coronavirus pandemic.
On Thursday, the Buckeye Institute on Thursday sued Cleveland for continuing to collect income taxes from a doctor who has worked from home in Pennsylvania for more than a year, asking it be declared unconstitutional.
