The city reopened the third, eighth and 16th avenue bridges this evening. But its warning people to be cautious of any remaining debris that could be on the road. And the city hopes to have all of the bridges and all of the on and off ramps to interstate 380 reopened by tomorrow morning. Tomorrow is a big day for Flood Recovery in cedar rapids. People who live and work in the evacuation zone removed sandbags and barriers today in hopes of making things run smoothly when the general public is cedar rapids will also be back to normal tomorrow morning. City buses havent taken passengers for a week. Also, by seven tomorrow morning, two sandbagging sites will be open. However the Pennsylvania National guard dropped off water and food to people who were stranded. While the storm continues in that area of the country, will it stay away from us here in iowa .
