Friday chance to win an ipad 3 and this video. This is called pigs and pumpkins. This time of year, what else do you need . A few days ago we had this incredibly difficult to watch video on our show. A preschool teacher abusing her Young Students. Its disgusting. Now, on the heels of that story, theres another story coming out of china. Ah take a look at these photos. In this photo, this Kindergarten Teacher is holding the child inches off the ground by his ears. And shes smiling. Thats the most haunting thing about this photo. According to reports, this teacher sent this photo to a parent over a chat site. I cant believe this is going on over and over and over. It got reposted on basically a social media site, and once these online bloggers realize who they thought this teacher was, they ended up finding more photos that were posted by the teacher online. The hearing today, i just want to let you know that thats something that our office is working on. Were convening the Public Utilities commission and the City Administrators Office and tida to see what we can do to support the aging infrastructure through which our electricity runs through. As many of you know, this is the infrastructure that well, actually we havent inherited yet, but its currently owned by the u. S. Navy. Its aging. They havent put in the investment to improve it mainly because when the new Development Goes in, were going to set up an entirely new grid for electricity. That being said, we have residents on the island today that depend on that infrastructure and we need to figure out a solution to that issue. And im hoping that well be able to announce something over the next couple of weeks that we would be able to serve the residents. I apologize. I know it is impacting your daily life but i wanted to address that before we start the hearing. So, without further ado
