Renee F. Stern, 79 of Brooten, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family, Friday, March 17, 2023. Funeral services will be 11:00 am Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at Big Grove Lutheran Church near Belgrade. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Monday at the Johnson Funeral Home in Belgrade and for one hour prior to the service at church.
Dr. Paul E. Buhr, age 80, of Olivia, MN passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on Saturday, February 18th, 2023. His life was well spent in the service and care of the community he loved so much.
Barbara Louise Paetznick, age 87, of Northfield, MN, formerly Willmar, MN, passed away peacefully Tuesday morning, December 27 at Reflections Care Suites in Northfield, under the care of St. Croix Hospice, Mankato, and Reflections nurses, following a sudden, and unexpected hematoma.
Dennis Alvern Lea was born October 28, 1961 in Glenwood, MN to Odin and Mabel (Wrolson) Lea. He grew up in rural Brooten, MN. He graduated from Brooten High School in 1981. He worked as a Millwright for United Brotherhood of Carpenter and Joiner of America local 1176 of Fargo, ND.
