Reporter now, police say jeffords has been charged with assault, dwi, four counts of assault, rather, dwi and leaving the scene of an accident with serious bodily injury. There were two spas gears in his car. They were taken two passengers in his car. They were taken to Christ Hospital but left without being treated. They refused treatment there. He tried to go inside of the store. He started a fight with the owner. And he hit some girl. Police say the 30yearold was driving the mini van that rear ended a parked nissan bouncing into people on the sidewalk which includes three Jersey City Police officers and also a row of cars. He says the mini van came from that direction and someone said you. Julian paulino stopped the driver from going into his corner store and stopped him the sidewalk. He then walked down the street to check on the injured officer. He says when i left the Police Officer had a broken leg. She was nervous and crying. Is that his red mini van .
