Afternoon. The suspect tried to ram an officers car on third street between 20th and 23rd. The officer fired shots. The suspect then build on foot near 25th and dangers to candle stick streets. Yellow police tape blocking off the neighborhood. Officers set up a perimeter tying up the tape along street lamps and stop signs. Chopper5 was overhead as officers swarmed that scene. Some ran on foot through the neighborhood. Others searched by car. Many were staked out behind buildings. They did bring in the canine unit as well, but still no word on the suspects where abouts at this time. A woman carrying a dog escaped from one of two burning homes in San Francisco this afternoon. Fire started just after 1 00 on walnut street. Flames crept up to the attic in one of those houses forcing firefighters to punch a hole in the roof for ventilation.
