Afternoon. The suspect tried to ram an officers car on third street between 20th and 23rd. The officer fired shots. The suspect then build on foot near 25th and dangers to candle stick streets. Yellow police tape blocking off the neighborhood. Officers set up a perimeter tying up the tape along street lamps and stop signs. Chopper5 was overhead as officers swarmed that scene.
