ROCKY HILL State and local police have arrested two New Britain residents charged with killing a 75-year-old local man found dead in his home Monday evening.
Robert Iacobucci was found deceased in his Pondside Lane home, “the victim of an apparent homicide,” state police said in a brief statement Tuesday.
The New Britain State’s Attorney’s Office requested the state police Central District Major Crime Squad to investigate the homicide with Rocky Hill police around 8:45 p.m. Monday, the agency said.
Law enforcement found Iacabucci’s vehicle was missing from the home. It was later recovered in New Britain, and two people were “detained . in connection with the stolen vehicle,” state police said.
