Former Fall River cop Brian Custadio was facing three cases of domestic violence against two domestic partners pleaded guilty and sentence to 14 months.
FALL RIVER A city police officer who testified to a grand jury he falsified police reports to protect a fellow officer was denied his attempt to halt police department disciplinary proceedings against him.
Superior Court Judge Thomas McGuire last month also denied Patrolman Thomas Roberts request to identify himself as plaintiff “John Doe” in the court case against the city, which was filed in February.
Roberts used the pseudonym when he filed the action against the city in February, but McGuire denied the use of a false name at the same time he denied his request for a preliminary injunction.
