Bridgerton: The Official Podcast. Consider it your official peek behind the curtain of the much-loved and lauded series that will, much like Lady Whistledown, also include all the gossip.
Brigerton: The Official Podcast launched on February 18 with a preview episode in which we met our host, Gabrielle Collins, and her three co-hosts: Jess Brownell, a writer on both season one and the upcoming season two; Hannah Greig, the on-set historian of the show; and Annabelle Hood, who served as both a
Bridgerton researcher and personal assistant to showrunner Chris Van Dusen. Together they serve as your guides in unearthing never-before-heard details about the show.
You know that feeling when you finish and a show and you’re like ‘what do I do with my life now?’ I had that with Bridgerton, Ben tells Her. Rather than finding a new show or - you know - doing something actually productive, I figured I’d start a podcast about it. Vanity Fair described Bridgerton as the ‘perfect antidote’ to what’s been a terrible year. And I think it really is. Sure, the show can be trashy; but terrifically so. When the world we live in has so much bad in it, and we’re constantly assaulted by an avalanche of dread; it can sometimes be nice to retreat into a world where beautiful people have banal problems.
