Noida: With the conclusion of the Lok Sabha polls in GB Nagar, UP State Bridge Corporation Ltd (UPSBCL) is planning to write to a state govt committee.
The Noida Authority has decided to write to the state government, alleging “negligence and deficiencies” on the part of the UP State Bridge Corporation Ltd (UPSBCL) in the construction of the 5.5km Bhangel elevated road. Officials said the Authority might also impose a penalty on UPSBCL for the slow progress of the project.

The Noida Authority is yet to pay Rs 75 crore in bills for the already-delayed Bhangel elevated road project. The UP State Bridge Corporation Ltd (UPSBCL) threatens to stop construction due to a lack of funds. However, the Noida Authority claims to have cleared the bills and addressed all issues.
