So, what happens is that the contractor, you know, by code is required to place the signs just as the notification, but sometimes something comes up where they dont theyre not they cant start on that day. You know, its inclement weather, maybe there is something they didnt mobilize all their equipment in a timely manner. They have to mobilize their equipment to another emergency job.
