holding her by her neck in a chokehold. reporter: standing in a neighborhood where she was brutally murdered, relatives recall the horror of seeing her alleged killer. the 23-year-old brian gaither. it didn t even seem like it bothered him one bit. it s gut wrenching to see the person that just took your child s life. reporter: police say a witness tells them back in august the 19-year-old was beaten by three other girls inside 1787 trenton place. according to the charging documents, gaither confessed to police that he put frazier in a chokehold and returned two days later to find her dead. he tells detectives he placed the body in a plastic bin and through it in the dumpster behind a building. the next day, it was gone. she was a mom. her daughter looked for her. she looked for her to come home and she s not ever coming home again. reporter: family members say perhaps what is most painful is when she went missing they started their search here on trenton place go
