Thank you for including the arts and Community Based cultural based institutions and i view this as a critical part of the battle against displacement of not only low income residents from the city but some like lopez who came to the board talking about their housing displacement but i know that many arts groups and Community Based organizations are facing that same kind of displacement. I wanted to also add that i believe that mr. Decany coming from the Nonprofit Sector and Community Arts group will be coming up with good guidelines and so we insure that it is good for the two million going to the arts or Community Based organizations and as someone who has worked in many of the nonprofit organizations that mr. Brian chui and others have funded over the years i have confidence that they will look at a package of support for nonprofits including sharing of space but also Technical Assistance and that is so important and needed as we help to stabilize and prevent the exodus of the art g
