We have the very latest from washington. Former National Security adviser Michael Flynn arrived in court this morning, pleading guilty after being charged with lying the fbi. The special counsel charged former trumps Senior Adviser with knowingly lying to the fbi about the nature of the infamous phone calls and texts between himself and sergey kislyak. One happened the same day the administration placed sanctions. Thats the same call flynn was fired for lying the president about just one month into the job. The december 2016 calls raised red flags for the Obama Administration and advised trump against having things were said, things that were promised. But even after his firing, the president still supported flynn. I dont think he did anything wrong. If anything he did something right. And former fbi director james comey said the president in private asked him to let the Flynn Investigation go. Flynn faces up to five years in prison and is key in the investigation. More than 400 Community Members had a rare intimate chance to say their goodbye to the first Santa Cruz Police officers ever killed in the line of duty. In my heart i knew i had to be here. How i felt. And that they are my heros. Reporter in a small room sat two flag draped caskets, carrying remains of elizabeth butler, and lauren baker. Inside, person after person was left trying to figure out why. Just walk out with such an overwhelming feeling of what a terrible waste of two great human buildings lives. The family members and fellow officers had a private viewing earlier this week. Tonight, a chance for friends, and strangers to start the healing process. Tremendous.
