They we are hearing from a number of different diplomatic sources in the delegations here that they intend to go as late as they need to tonight. They will not go into sunday day. We are hearing from the russian delegation that they believe a decision, one way or the other, is coming soon, but they are determined to take this as far as they can go so they can get a decision.
