New this morning; the search for a pair of thieves who robbed a female student on Shayla Reaves is there live this morning. Shayla, a big fight is brewing between parents in pasco county and the school board. Its all over the countys plan to redraw some School District lines. Forcing students into new schools. The School District says it needs to redraw School Boundaries because some are overcrowded while others are below normal capacity. Officials say a rise in new Home Construction is causing the problem. Theres not enough funding at the moment to build new schools. Rezoning would mean some students would have to change schools and may be bused several miles farther away from home. At tuesday nights school board meeting, a boundary committee, made up of principals and parents from each school is tasked with drawing the lines. So that plane, the 42yearold pilot was heading from Newport Rhode island to vermont yesterday. He reported engine problems and had to land right there on that small patch of land. It is in the middle of square miles of water. Yesterday we determined that because of the rain that we havent seen this year, the water is down making that sand bar a possibility. If it had been a typical year, rainier, this might not have happened.
