AS AN INVESTIGATION into a reported public order offence in Hereford continues, police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed or filmed the incident. On Wednesday 31 March a cyclist was travelling along Breinton Road at around 7.25am when it is reported that a parked white van pulled out in front of him. It is then believed that the van driver become verbally abusive and threatening towards the cyclist. The driver is described as white, in his 20s and was wearing a tea-cosy style woolly hat. The van’s registration number is believed to start with SG64. PC Jack Craine said: “We believe a member of the public may have filmed this incident on their phone and we would urge them to get in touch with us.”
