Theyve burned more than 100,000 acres of land, destroying homes and roads along the way. We have more. Fires are burning all along the west coast but the worst hit area is northern california. The largest fires burning north of San Francisco where it has destroyed two dozen homes. Day and night firefighters are racing against the clock trying to contain wildfires blazing in california, washington and oregon. Doomsday, thats what it looked like. The flames are fueled by lightning, trees and high temperatures. We have seen a couple of spot fires and those escalate, got pretty big and took up the mountain. Firefighting planes are making the rounds, including dc10 tankers releasing fire retardant. An Evacuation Order has been issued north of San Francisco. One resident is temporarily camping in an
