Last night at the parking lot near the Police Substation hilltop mall in richland. Richmond. Investigators called Richmond Police saying they had a warrant for someone involved in an active investigation, and they asked the police to help them make a traffic stop. A single officer spotted the darkcolored sedan early in the afternoon, and shortly after tried to stop it, but heard a gunshot from inside the car. He quickly retreated back to his police car and awaited help. As soon as help arrived, they werent able to see the interior of the car, because the car had window tint all throughout the vehicle.
