The owners of Sylvan Park restaurant answer. will open a new establishment called Flatiron, to take the space of the Midtown building located at the Broadway and Division Street split. The opening is set for May 3.
According to a release, Chris Raucci and Victoria Rothberg plan for the restaurant to offer a menu with a mix of American classics and modern fare.â
Located at 1929 Broadway, the building was last home to steakhouse Union Common. Nashville-based Hill Realty owns the building (since 1941), with terms of the lease and the cost to get operational not being disclosed. Adjacent to the building is the structure home to Two Boots Pizza (previously The Great Escape).

Economists say the new increase for food stamps, known as “SNAP,” or the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, through June, 2021, wouldn’t just help those going hungry during the pandemic. It also boosts the economy more than other kinds of stimulus spending.
