Ninth Circuit Civics Contest s Guam winners announced

Ninth Circuit Civics Contest s Guam winners announced Pacific Daily News View Comments Students from St. John s School and Academy of Our Lady of Guam won the preliminary round of the 2021 Ninth Circuit Civics Contest, according to a news release.  The contest accepted entries from high school students in the western U.S., Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands. “We acknowledge the students for their work and dedication to compete in the contest that hopefully gave them the opportunity to learn more about our nation’s legal system and constitutional democracy,  said Janis L. Sammartino, district judge of San Diego and chair of the Ninth Circuit’s Public Information and Community Outreach Committee.
