He is linked to the deaths of three prominent local Community Members in alexandria. Ruth anne legado, and nancy dunning, the wife of then, alexandria sheriff, jeff dunning. There were some dramatic reactions announced stowed in announced ctoday along a notorious dangerous section of route 1 in college park. All were pedestrians run down by drivers late at night.
